School's Out!

...a month ago. Preschool was fun and the kids made great friends. Sweet Pea is looking forward to Kindergarten next year with lots of her friends. B-Man is still pretty young and didn't make those close bonds like Sweet Pea did, but he still had his buddies that he would play with every day.

B-Man's year wrapped up with an ice cream sundae party and playtime in the gym.

B-Man loved Ms. Kendall - they had a special relationship because she knew how to "contain" his energy and was always so patient with him.

He loves to play soccer and played the entire time we were there. He would kick the ball around the gym and then come back and score the goal.

Muffin wasn't as interested in kicking the ball as being one, a goof-ball.

We also wrapped up "Speech Time" with Ms. Amanda. B-Man has grown so much in the last six months it is really incredible. Between his therapy and being in the preschool he has grown leaps and bounds, it's very rare that we don't understand what he is saying.  

  

Sweet Pea's class finished the week after B-Man's so we all got to go to her little graduation. This is the second year she has been in the half-day program at the park district so she really got to be good friends with a lot of the kids. It was also nice for me to meet some new people and get to know some of the other families in our neighborhood.

 They got a little "goodie cup" filled with treasures
