"All She Wants to do is DANCE!"

Sweet Pea loves to dance. She had such a great time dancing with her BFF, Miss M. We are so grateful for her teacher Ms.Cathy, who Sweet Pea loves and adores and who we will miss dearly. (she is also in our Ward and their family is moving to Idaho. Her four daughters made up a third of the Young Women in our Ward and they are just outstanding girls). Anyway, Sweet Pea's class was a free movement, hip hop class that was geared more toward just letting them have fun. The year wrapped up with a recital where they performed 4 dances total that included 12 props. I am so grateful for Miss M's mom (and my great friend) Kelley for helping Sweet Pea change costumes/props while I helped wrestle the other three kids. I wish I had video to show you, but I need to figure out how to download the video from our camcorder, so I only have a few pics to share.

I painted her fingernails earlier that day and after her recital she said, "Mom...my painted fingernails helped me dance SO much better!."

 We didn't realize that we have never gotten a picture of our family together. So here is our first complete family picture. (remind me to NOT wear horizontal stripes until at least 6 months postpartum...maybe longer)

 I had to share this one. Sweet Pea got to choose a treat after her recital so of course she chose an Old McDonald's ice cream (not sure where she learned that from?) and as you can see Muffin LOVES the chocolate chip cookies (I can't take credit for that, that's all daddy!)
